This Week on Windows: Windows Mixed Reality Headsets, HP, Forza Motorsport 7, Ultimate TV Guide



Welcome to this Week on Windows, we have got exciting news for Windows Mixed Reality fans. This week marks the availability of preorders for Windows Mixed Reality headsets and so much more! so we caught up with the Windows Mixed Reality family for some big announcements Hi I'm Chaitanya Sareen, I'm here with my good friend Greg Sullivan Now today we've announced a lot of awesome stuff - Greg what happened? Well its exciting because Alex Kipman outlined our vision for mixed reality and really focused on the expansion of our ecosystem We announced a really exciting new partner In the Windows Mixed Reality headset space Samsung is joining the family of Windows Mixed Reality headset manufacturers That is gonna offer their Samsung HMD Odyssey headset this holiday Its gonna be amazing, and we showed that off for the first time Alex also talked about a really exciting acquisition: Microsoft is bringing alt space VR to the family of Windows Mixed Reality It’s the leading social and collaborative virtual reality platforms and we’re really excited that they’re Joining us at Microsoft. One of the other things Alex talked about was how easy it will be for developers And consumers soon – this holiday – to bring the Steam VR catalogue Of all of the great VR titles to Windows Mixed Reality And the last thing we announced was that as of today you can go pre-order all of these headsets And they’ll be coming this holiday, so it’s a very exciting time! Speaking of new tech, HP just announced some slick new Windows 10 PCs. Meet the next generation HP Spectre 13 and HP Spectre x360 13 laptops These latest gen devices have longer battery life, brilliant displays and check out that hidden hinge and stunning ceramic white metal - yay! Now from there, you can personalize your feed based on those who you email most, see if people are reading the mail you've sent, track to-do lists, and even book focus time to get more done. Plus, you can get even more insights by clicking the Dashboard icon, launching the online dashboard.
